    Lead SEO strategy for a portfolio of 8–12 clients across ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services. You'll own technical audits, content strategy, link building campaigns, and monthly reporting. Minimum 4 years hands-on SEO experience required.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
    • Deep technical SEO knowledge — crawl budget, JS rendering, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis
    • Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Search Console, and GA4
    • Proven track record of growing organic revenue, not just rankings
    • Strong communication skills — you'll present directly to clients

    Google Ads Specialist

    Manage Google Ads accounts with combined monthly spend of £100k+. You'll handle Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns across ecommerce and lead generation verticals. We need someone who thinks in ROAS and CPA, not clicks and impressions.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years managing Google Ads accounts with £50k+/month spend
    • Google Ads Search and Shopping certifications
    • Experience with Google Merchant Center, feed optimisation, and CSS programmes
    • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis
    • Experience with conversion tracking setup (GTM, GA4, server-side tagging)

    Content Strategist

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years content marketing experience, ideally in B2B or ecommerce
    • Strong writing skills with published portfolio of long-form, data-driven content
    • Understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation
    • Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
    • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
