Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

    Last updated: March 2026

Visionary Marketing is committed to creating a workplace and client environment that is fair, respectful, and inclusive. We believe that diversity of thought, experience, and background makes us a stronger agency and delivers better outcomes for our clients.

    1. Our Commitment

We are committed to eliminating discrimination, harassment, and victimisation in all areas of our business. This applies to recruitment, employment, client relationships, and supplier engagement. We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and all relevant UK legislation.

    2. Protected Characteristics

We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010:

    • Age
    • Disability
    • Gender reassignment
    • Marriage and civil partnership
    • Pregnancy and maternity
    • Race (including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin)
    • Religion or belief
    • Sex
    • Sexual orientation

    3. Recruitment & Employment

All recruitment decisions are based on merit, skills, and experience. Job advertisements are written to attract the widest possible pool of candidates. We offer flexible working arrangements and are committed to making reasonable adjustments for disabled employees and candidates. Pay is determined by role, experience, and performance — not by any protected characteristic.

    4. Inclusive Culture

We foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and able to contribute their best work:

    • All team members are treated with dignity and respect regardless of background.
    • We welcome different perspectives and encourage open, constructive dialogue.
    • We provide equal access to training, development, and career progression opportunities.
    • We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or victimisation in any form.

    5. Client & Supplier Relationships

Our commitment to equality extends to how we work with clients and suppliers. We expect all partners to share our values and treat our team members with respect. We will not knowingly work with organisations whose practices conflict with this policy.

    6. Reporting Concerns

Any team member, client, or supplier who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or victimisation should report it to chris@visionary-marketing.co.uk. All complaints are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially. Retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern is not tolerated.

    7. Review

This policy is reviewed annually by senior leadership. We monitor our workforce composition and recruitment practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure we are meeting our commitments.
