    A full Visionary audit takes 3–4 weeks: week 1 crawl + data gathering, week 2 synthesis + scoring, weeks 3–4 roadmap build with effort × impact prioritisation. Smaller sites can compress to 2 weeks; enterprise multi-region engagements can extend to 6.

    Both options are available. Most engagements move into implementation — either Visionary implements directly or we work alongside your dev team with prioritised tickets. Audit-only is also offered for clients who want the deliverable on its own.
