This local healthcare brand was virtually invisible online. They had zero local rankings, a neglected Google Business Profile with barely any reviews, and were getting roughly one new customer per week — almost entirely from word of mouth.
Their Google Business Profile had inconsistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across the web, no regular posting activity, a handful of reviews with no strategy for generating more, and zero local citation presence. Citation Building & NAP Consistency
We conducted a full citation audit and found inconsistent or incorrect information across dozens of directories. We cleaned up every existing citation and built new ones across 80+ relevant directories, healthcare-specific directories, and data aggregators.
Review Generation Strategy
We implemented automated review request emails after each appointment, SMS-based review links for in-person follow-ups, and trained front-desk staff on naturally asking for reviews. The client went from a handful of reviews to a consistent stream of 5-star Google reviews.
Regular GBP Posting
Weekly posting schedule including service highlights, patient education content, seasonal health tips, special offers, and team spotlights. Regular posting signals to Google that the business is active and engaged.
Local Landing Page Optimisation
We optimised local landing pages with geo-targeted content, embedded Google Maps, local schema markup (LocalBusiness, MedicalBusiness), and clear calls-to-action. Each service area had a dedicated page targeting '[service] + [location]' keywords.
Multi-Location Expansion
