Single-site cosmetic-led dental practice in central London. Strong reputation locally, weak digital presence - relying on word-of-mouth and consultant referrals. Starting position at month 0: 1,800 monthly organic visits, 1.2% visit-to-enquiry conversion, 36% enquiry-to-booked rate. Average treatment value (cosmetic-weighted): £2,400. Average revenue per organic-attributed patient (12-month patient lifetime): roughly £3,800. Programme integrates with our London dental work.
The first 90 days were structural. We rebuilt the cosmetic treatment-page suite: ceramic veneers, composite bonding, Invisalign, teeth whitening, implant-supported prosthetics - each with realistic-expectation content reviewed at brief stage with the principal dentist. We added a clinician-profile layer with GDC specialist-list disclosure, and a patient-question editorial layer addressing the most-asked "is this for me?" questions per treatment.
Months 4-9 were the content-compounding phase. The cosmetic-treatment pages started ranking for high-intent commercial queries that had previously been competitor monopolies. Composite bonding queries especially produced disproportionate enquiry volume - a category where many competitor sites overclaim, leaving room for a realistic-tone page to rank well.
By month 12: 7,400 monthly organic visits, 1.8% visit-to-enquiry conversion, 42% enquiry-to-booked rate. ASA enforcement risk reduced (no enforcement letters in the year; some competitor pages were demoted). Booked patients up 280% on the same marketing spend.
